Self Development

Character vs Personality Culture

Recently, I was reading Susan Cain’s “Quiet” an absolutely engaging book. It got me thinking about ,whether I am an introvert, extrovert or ambivert. I will leave the answer to those who might want to give me a label, ( one that might not agrees with what I think about myself).

The Character Culture is a culture and environment that allows the career or business seeking individual to value, respectable personal self evaluated characteristics. In helping one to  find their true passion and realize the truth about  themself without PRETENSE ( The Personality Culture) it is important to self examine without seeking to measure up to the standards society set for us or dictates in order to be valuable to society’s norms. Would you rather be true to yourself and find your passion, or been pretentious/miserable working for the rest of your life tricking your brain and others? It is widely believed that because of societal norms that says “you must BRAND yourself with certain characteristics to be accepted by your employers and team members” that this is truly the way to be.

Let us assist you, showing you how not to be pretentious/miserable but KNOW and loving what you do and be happy you made that choice early.
